Customer Care

As a small business customer satisfaction means everything. If there is ever a problem or you just have a question please reach out! I will do my best to respond within seven business days, however that isn't a guarantee. Please note that if you haven't gotten any kind of response within 14 business days, something may be wrong, please reach out again at that point.

Shipping

Please note that shipping estimates are after an order has been shipped, not from the time your order was placed. I will be doing my best to get shipments out 24 - 48 hours after ordered, but this is not a guarantee. If you provided contact info with your order I will get tracking to you as soon as possible if applicable. Munchkin's Workshop is not responsible for any late arrivals after product is shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the expense of running a small business and shipping costs returns and exchanges will be handled on a case by case basis. If your item is damaged upon arrival reach out immediately so we can find a solution together. Returns and exchanges will not be possible 30 days after arrival.

Rest assured that your data is safe! It's become a digital midfield out there where scams look more believable then real websites sometimes. Please rest assured that this website and all affiliate services have high end security to ensure that your data is safe.
